If you’d like to delete your GrindKit account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your GrindKit account with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We’ll confirm your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, password)
• All events, prospects, and pipeline data you created
• All business logs and sales data you logged
• Square OAuth tokens and connection data
• Any in-app messages or threads you participated in
• Usage analytics tied to your account

What is retained

We retain the following for the periods indicated, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Billing records and receipts: retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
• Anonymized usage analytics: retained indefinitely in aggregated form that cannot be tied back to you
• Support correspondence: retained for 2 years for quality and training purposes

Subscription users

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before requesting deletion. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf, and deleting your account does not automatically refund active subscriptions.
